We are the call center services entity, supporting the online lending entity wholly owned by the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake. We provide customer verification, customer service, call center operations, and collections services.

Upper Lake Processing Services is wholly owned and operated by the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake Tribe. The Tribe, whose name means “the people of rock village,” is a federally recognized Native American tribe located in Northern California. The Tribe has existed in the Upper Lake area of California since time immemorial. It has survived extreme obstacles including a massacre by the United States Cavalry in 1850. To say the Tribe is dedicated to perseverance is an understatement

Our call center is powered by agent and manager expertise and the efficient integration of systems, allowing us to provide first-class call center services to the Tribe’s lending entity.

A specialized team within our call center provides collections services. We employ procedures and protocols optimized for maximizing repayment while staying compliant with the ever-changing landscape of regulation and fair lending practices.
